How does billing work?

We issue all invoices on the 1st of each month, and payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date (NET 30). This provides your business a full month to complete payment comfortably.
How do you handle access to the building?

We follow your building’s security procedures. You can provide keys, fobs, or access codes, and our team will lock up and secure the facility after each cleaning.
What should I do if I need additional cleaning tasks for a specific day?

Simply let us know in advance. We can add extra tasks or areas as needed, and we’ll update your service that same week.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If anything is missed or not up to your expectations, we will return within 24 hours to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
